Mr. G.

Episode 1

Click for PhotosJoe Giacomelli (Mr. G.), a single, 30-something high-school teacher, will do anything to get a date. He’s tried it all—from bar pickups, to online personal ads, to crashing a divorced-Catholics support group. But no matter what zany tactics he uses, the sad sack always seems to end up alone. The first episode of Mr. G., which introduces you to the desperate protagonist and some of the people in his life in and out of the classroom, will keep you laughing from beginning to end. Check out the photos from Episode 1.

Episode 2

Click for PhotosMr. G. number 2 dishes out even more lunacy as it goes where no sitcom has gone before. Jam-packed with unexpected twists, turns, and one-liners, this episode continues the adventures of Joe Giacomelli and introduces a naïve but lovable guy named Bob, who also suffers from perpetual loneliness. In this show, Bob gets a date with Gretchen the Great, a warped female magician and escape artist who leaves him struggling to escape from a straitjacket! And that’s just one of the many outlandish things that take place. Check out the photos from Episode 2.

Episode 3

Click for PhotosNutty Bob will never learn. In this episode, he thinks he’s come up with a perfect plan to meet a sexy babe who’s working out in a gym. In the bumbling style of Mr. G. himself, Bob records a pathetic love message and secretly switches the tape for one that’s in the girl’s cassette player. But, like everything else in his life, Bob’s plan turns out to be a monumental flop. Also in this episode, Sherry, one of Mr. G.’s students, is arrested for something few teenagers are arrested for. This is one Mr. G. that you don’t want to miss. Check out the photos from Episode 3.

Episode 4

Click for PhotosThe final episode of Mr. G. features many hilarious scenes that you’ll remember for years to come. After being arrested in Episode 3, Sherry ends up in the Cawley Mental Institute, surrounded by a plethora of odd characters, including one man who thinks he’s a dog and a caged psychotic named Igor. You’ll love the dance number that takes place at the Institute and will split your sides watching Mr. Woodie, the school principle, blow his top while struggling to get out of a straightjacket. But that’s not all. At the end of the show, Mr. G. overcomes impossible odds to save a woman’s life. Will he finally "get the girl"? Check out the photos from Episode 4.
