MOON MAN MAKES MOVIE
Beaver County Times August 13, 2005 Moon Township man Joe Giacobello has written, produced and acted in a full-length romantic comedy, “DOING THERAPY,” that will air at 8:30 p.m., Wednesday on Moon Community Access TV. Filmed and set in Pittsburgh with more than 100 local cast members and extras, “Doing Therapy” tells the tale of a famous Hollywood actress who hooks up with a down-on-his-luck psychologist. “It’s a laugh a minute,” Giacobello says, “but my style is to mix in some substance with all that laughing, so there’s a lot of depth to this film. Truthfully, it deals with a subject that actually is quite serious and growing in today’s society—panic and anxiety.” Giacobello works a day job at Fisher Scientific in Robinson Township.
