INDIE MOVIE SCREENING
Allegheny Times July 28, 2005 The Loews Waterfront Theater in Homestead will have a screening at 7:30 p.m. today of “Doing Therapy,” an independent film set and produced in Pittsburgh. Local writer, producer, director and actor Joe Giacobello, 41, of 120 Foxwood Road, Moon Township, is the star in the comedy of a high-maintenance actress (Barbara Winters) who enlists the help of an equally troubled psychiatrist (Giacobello). “There's so much trouble and anxiety in everyday life,” Giacobello said Tuesday. “This is something that people can watch and say, 'Everything is going to be all right.' ” “Doing Therapy” was produced by Bello Productions, Giacobello's company, which has been in business five years.
